Agreement

By creating an account, using FirstTry, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

FirstTry provides online theory test preparation, including practice questions, explanations, and timed mock exams.

FirstTry is an independent study tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Road Safety Authority (RSA).

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account.

You must provide accurate account information and use the service only for lawful personal study purposes.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance at the interval shown at checkout (for example, monthly, every 3 months, or annually).

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the current paid period.

Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable, including for unused time in the current billing period.

Immediate access to digital content

FirstTry delivers digital study content immediately after payment. Where permitted by law, by purchasing you request immediate access and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal may be lost once digital content is made available to you.

Acceptable use

You may not scrape, copy, resell, redistribute, or systematically extract the question bank.

You may not attempt to bypass access controls, abuse free tiers, or interfere with the security or operation of the service.

Availability and changes

We may update features, pricing, content, or these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that practice content will match every detail of a live RSA test.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FirstTry is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including failed test attempts or associated costs.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
